1.Power supply:This complete equipment consists of four sets of power supplies.The total power is 4000KW.
2.Power Supply: KGPS1500KW/1000Hz KGPS1250KW/1500Hz
IGBT750KW/10KHz IGBT500KW/20KHz
3.Induction coil design:Variable pitch of turn，Temperature gradient design;More efficient.
4.Adjustable pressure roller: Different diameters of round steel bar can go forward uniformly;Roller table between furnaces and pressure roller is made of stainless steel 304 and cooled; Other roller table is made of steel 45 and surface hardening.
5.Infrared thermometer:Equip with infrared thermometer at the discharge port of the inductor which can make the steel bar temperature in the control range before charging into rolling mill.
6.Energy transformation: The power consumption is 280-300 degree for per ton of steel bar of Ø25-Ø36 if heating up to 1000℃。
