roller conveyor
The conveyor roller adopts double support rollers, which prevent the workpiece from running and ensure more uniform heating. The roller between the furnace bodies is made of 304 non-magnetic stainless steel and water-cooled, while the roller in other parts is made of 45 # steel and surface quenched.
feeding system
Each axis is driven by an independent motor reducer and controlled by an independent frequency converter; Flexible design of differential output, segmented control of operating speed.
Formula Management System
