Working principle of temperature control

Composition of temperature control system

The temperature control system of steel plate induction hardening equipment usually consists of the following parts:

Temperature sensor:

Thermocouple: commonly used to directly measure the temperature on the surface or inside of workpieces, suitable for high temperature conditions.

Infrared thermometer: a non-contact measuring device that determines temperature by detecting the infrared energy emitted by the workpiece, suitable for difficult to contact high-temperature workpieces or moving workpieces.

The thermostat receives signals from the temperature sensor and compares them with the preset target temperature. If the detected temperature deviates significantly from the set value, the thermostat will adjust the heating power or heating time to ensure that the temperature remains within the set range.

Heating power adjustment device:

Inverter: By changing the power frequency to regulate the heating power, the rate of temperature rise and fall can be controlled. Power control module: It can accurately adjust the heating current to precisely control the temperature during the heating process. Cooling system:
