Equipped with different inductors, mining grinding ball equipment can satisfy the heat treatment process requirement including grinding ball heating,hardening,tempering,hardening and tempering.Forever mining grinding ball equipment can hold the temperature for manufacturing grinding balls and record the heating temperature of each steel ball automatically.
Common frequency for mining grinding ball equipment
1.High frequency heating:100-500KHZ. Usually,200-300KHZ is high frequency of electronic tube type.The hardening layer is 0.5-2.5mm suitable for medium and small spare parts.
2.Medium frequency heating:500-10000HZ.Usually 2500-8000HZ is for mechanical medium frequency heating device or SCR medium frequency generator.The hardening layer is 10mm suitable for large diameter of shaft and large gears.
3.Power frequency heating:the current frequency is 50HZ.With mechanical power frequency heating equipment,the hardening layer is 10-20mm suitable for surface hardening of large diameter work piece.

Mining grinding ball equipment has superior performance of exact specification,circular integral geometry, high hardness,wear resistance, no deformation, no crack.
1.The overall hardness is high: the surface hardness can reach 55-65HRC, the volume hardness can reach 50-62HRC, and the hardness gradient distribution is uniform;
2. Impact toughness is high: impact toughness is more than 12J/cm2;
3. Low broken rate:The performance of resistance to crushing is more than 10 times than the general casting and forging steel ball.The number of falling ball impact is two million times above, then the real breakage rate is less than 1%, close to in no broken.
