Forever has supplied thousands of sets of Induction heating machine of 100 ~ 10000KW / 0.2 ~ 50KHz for customers at home and abroad. Our steel wire rod heating furnace generally includes heating, holding, cooling process. Sometimes it only has heating and cooling process.
Technical parameters for steel wire rod heating furnace
● Steel range material need to be heated:Carbon steel,alloy steel
● Steel billet dimension: Ø14 mm*L
● Steel billet Max. Camber before charging to the furnace:≤3mm/M
● Temperature before sending billet to the furnace:Room temperature
● Steel billet tapping temperature: 1000℃
● Steel billet heating capacity: 22 t/h ;meet the requirement of 5 meters per second.
● The electricity consumption is 330 degree per ton if heating from room temperature to 1000℃.Our conservative design is 7500KW power,which include five electric furnaces.
● Control for heating process: PLC automatic control for the whole heating process and show the production records such as the billet heating quantity and so on.
● Equipped with America Raytek infrared temperature measurement devices in the inlet and outlet of the furnace(two colours).
● Variable frequency speed regulation range(practical range);(2.00-6.00)meters/second.
● Equipped with power supply cabinet and heat exchanger used for capacitor cooling.
