150*150mm induction billet heater is working well in our customer plant
Are you looking for the induction billet heater for your billet heating before rolling rebars ? Last month, our plant receive one order about 150*150mm induction billet heater. The power is designed to be 5000KW. This week the complete billet heating system has been finished and ready to send to our customer’s plant for working.
The technical requirement as follows:
1. Heating steel material: Carbon steel.
2. Heating billet size: 150*150mm * 12000mm;
3. The Max. bending chamber is 4mm per meter.
4, The billet surface temperature before entering the furnace: 800 degree C.
5.Increasing billet temperature to :1050-1100 degree C.
6. Heating capacity of billet heating: 120t/h (60 pieces per hour)
