Therefore, the surface hardness and surface quality can be obtained after quenching with induction hardening and tempering equipment. This is particularly important for parts whose surfaces require high strength properties. Direct hardening after forming heating can significantly increases the economic benefits. In terms of medium-frequency induction hardening and tempering equipment, the thermal efficiency is greatly improved.

It does not require the warm-up process and the formed semi-finished product does not need to be reprocessed.
