Check before operation induction heating equipment

Before running induction heating equipment, it is very important to check appearance, water system and power supply of the induction heating equipment. Here Forever Furnace engineer will tell you the key check before operation induction heating equipment.

(1) Appearance Check

• Check all the components.

1. Check all the fixtures.
2. Check wiring and bonding.
3. Check all connections.
4. Check insulation between main circuit, control circuit and chassis. Check insulation among phases.
5. Check the place where control plug-in unit is fixed.
6. Ensure that the fixtures in capacitor cabinet are removed.

(2) Water System Check

 Open the input water valve, adjust it until the hydraulic pressure rise to 0.1-0.2Mpa.See that if any water line has leakage.

 (3) Electric Check

1. Check the phase order strictly. Phase A should exceed phase B by 120 electric angle and phase B exceed phase C 120 electric angle.
2. Low distribution operates Voltmeter of main power has indication.
3. Close the switch of control power (to press AQ1). Every small meter’s of trigger ark indication should be within the normal range. 
4. Check the trigger pulses of rectification and inverter by oscilloscope.
5.  Resume the preliminary close state of contacts (135,154) on relay J ,Set the power-regulating potentiometer to 0 ,Pull out the rectification board and inverter board.
