Induction heating equipment characteristics:
(1) The frequency range is large, from 20KHZ – 1KHZ. According to the specific diameter of the work piece,we will select the appropriate frequency.
(2)If the induction heating equipment need to heat the whole material, induction coil length is 500 mm – 1 m.
(3)For copper and aluminum heating, the real power of the induction heating equipment can reach to 85% above with reasonable induction coil and capacitor.
