Since Forever establishment in 1999, every proud of the production will bring one a clear stream in the filed of induction heat treatment.
In 2008, Forever finish the first mine grinding bar heat treatment line in China Forever get a great progress in the quality and technology. In the same year, Forever also developed the other three products, and get good feedback from the customers.
In 2012, Forever finish the first domestic PC steel bar heat treatment line, which has 1200KW power and 4 power supply cabinets. In the same year, Forever finish one set of rebar induction heating system, the power is 4000KW.
In 2014, Forever improved a lot in the automatic operation and finish 5 sets of wind turbine bolt bar heat treatment line.
In 2015, Forever bar heat treatment line achieved intelligence for the whole heat traetment system. Forever finished knife angle heat treatment line, Philippines casing heat treatment line, Japan bar heat treatment line and China sucker rod heat treatment line.
In 2016, Forever finished one set of pipe annealing line, knife angle heat treatment line, Laiwu 45 steel bar heat treatment line and Serbia induction quenching line.
In 2017, Forever got orders from An Steel, He Steel and Kun Steel Group about bar heat treatment line through the tender.
What’s more, we also developed square pipe heat treatment line, the wall thickness is only 2mm.
