As a user,you should firstly know the application of the induction heating equipment you need and what process do you need with this equipment,then you go to the market to buy the induction heating equipment.
1.Hardening- Heat Treatment:
Power:Selection according to the shape,hardening method,hardening hardness, hardening layer and the material of the work piece.
Frequency:The shallower hardening layer,the higher frequency.For example,less than 1mm is for superhigh frequency （100-500KHZ);1-2.5mm is for superhigh frequency（20-100KHZ)；2.5mm is for superhigh frequency 1-20KHZ.
Application:shaft,gear,chain,hydraulic parts,auto parts,knives, scissors, pliers, stainless steel annealing and so on.
2.Welding-Heat Treatment
Power:Depend on the shape,material,welding requirement and flux.
Frequency:The larger the welding volume, the lower the frequency.
Application:Welding tool such as bits, lathe tool, milling cutter, reamer, drill and so on.
3.Diathermy-Heat Treatment
Power:Choose proper power according to your productivity.The larger the power,the faster the speed.
Frequency:The larger the diameter of the workpiece, the lower the frequency.
Application:Fasteners, standard parts, auto parts, hardware tools, drills and hot rolling.
4.Melting-Heat Treatment
Power:Depend on the production requirement
Frequency:Usually we choose medium frequency.High frequency is for small volume.
Application:Smelting of precious metals such as gold, silver, copper, iron and so on.
