Uniform heating: The feeding mechanism adopts a roller conveyor+power double pinch roller, with each axis driven by an independent motor reducer and controlled by an independent frequency converter; Flexible design of differential output, segmented control of operating speed.
Uniform cooling: The spray system adopts multi-stage spray cooling, and the pressure and flow rate between each level of spray rings can be adjusted to meet the requirements of different hardenability.
Closed loop temperature control system: Our engineers will set the process parameters in the system. When the heating temperature is too high or too low, the system will automatically adjust the heating temperature to the desired temperature by adjusting the power.
One click operation: Forever electromechanical engineers will set process parameters according to user production requirements. For example, when a steel plate heat treatment process requires a length of 2000; Width 320; When the 22 thick steel plate is subjected to heat treatment, the operator can select the corresponding formula and start it, and the system will automatically select the matching process for operation. This feature makes user operation easier and does not require the operator to have special professional skills.
Induction heating equipment is more flexible: when the user’s production plan does not have such a large quantity, the user can reduce the running speed of the steel plate, and the power will also be correspondingly reduced. This is very flexible for the production arrangement of the plate quenching production line.
