Heat treatment: The rolled steel balls immediately enter the online heat treatment equipment for quenching and tempering treatment to obtain the required hardness and mechanical properties.
Quality inspection: Steel balls that have undergone heat treatment will undergo a series of quality inspections such as hardness, impact testing, drop ball testing, and metallographic testing.
Finished product packaging: Qualified steel balls are packaged and then shipped to customers.
