1. The three-phase power line of the induction heating equipment should be selected according to the current technical parameters according to the Electrical Code option; the zero line should use copper line of 6 mm to make sure the connection is reliable.  

2. Before supplying power of the induction heating equipment, you should supply water for 2-3 minutes to make sure the water is clean and the water temperature should not be more than 50 degrees. If the water temperature is too high, you should stop the equipment.

3.When the induction heating equipment is in normal operation, opening the insulation protection board of  power supply cabinet and furnace is not allowed

4. Before the boot, you need to adjust power to the minimum value counter-clockwise, until the start heating slowly adjust knob clockwise to the right place, according to the different requirements of the work piece and  process.

5. Replace the inductor of the induction heating equipment : be sure to turn off the power, so that the device is powered off, the user can operate until the panel DC voltmeter indication value become zero.

6. If the induction heating equipment requires maintenance or repair, the user should be sure to stop working and disconnect the power,then conduct only the DC voltmeter pointer become zero.
