Against this case, we set closed loop temperature control system: We set one set of pyrometer between the induction heater for quenching, one set of pyrometer before quenching tank, one set of pyrometer between the induction heater for tempering and one set of pyrometer after induction heater for tempering. Once the heating temperature is out of the range, the pyrometer will send one single to the power supply and the power supply will automatically adjust the temperature through adjusting the power output.
