1.The shape and the size of the work piece need to be heated.Large workpiece, bar material, solid material should choose the induction heating equipment with high power and low frequency ;small parts, pipe, plate and gear should choose the induction heating equipment.with low power and high frequency.
2. Heating depth and area.If the material need to heat deeply and has big heating area,you should choose high power and low frequency induction heating equipment.If the material need to heat shallowly and has small heating area,you should choose low power and high frequency induction heating equipment.
3 If the material need fast heatign speed,then you need to choose high power and high frequency induction induction heating equipment.
4 If you need continuous working for the equipment,then you should choose large power induction heating equipment.
5.If the connection distance from the induction heaters and the equipment is long,you should choose large power induction heating equipment.
