1. Material storage and automatic replenishment

2. Feeding roller conveyor and quenching induction heating

The steel pipe enters the quenching heating zone through the feeding roller conveyor of Hebei Forever Electromechanical. The intermediate frequency induction heating device controlled by the PLC system quenches and heats the steel pipe, and the heating process is automatically adjusted to ensure uniform temperature. 3. Spray quenching

After reaching the target temperature, the steel pipe enters the Forever spray quenching zone. The spray system uniformly cools the heated square tube to quickly achieve the required hardness and strength for quenching, ensuring the surface hardening effect of the material.

4. Tempering conveying and heating

After quenching, the steel pipe is transported to the tempering conveyor mechanism and conveyed to the tempering area through a roller conveyor. At this stage, the intermediate frequency induction heating device of Hebei Yuantuo Electromechanical is used for tempering heating, which once again eliminates the internal stress generated during the quenching process of the steel pipe and improves the toughness of the material. 5. Spray cooling and cooling materials
