Operating Instructions For Steel Billet Heating Furnace

As we all know,induction heating has good features of fast heating speed,high heating efficiency and no pollution.But do you know the operation instructions for steel billet heating furnace?Now let Forever tell you some notices for operating steel billet heating furnace.

1.The operator need to check steel billet heating furnace before starting and blow out the oxide coating in the furnace during heating process with compressed air. And the operator need to check whether there is phenomenon of crack or inner wall shedding for steel billet heating furnace.If the operator finds there is phenomenon of crack or inner wall shedding for steel billet heating furnace and exposed induction coil copper tube,the operator should repair it with refractory materials in time.

2.Switch and check whether the water outlet is unobstructed or not. Open the power supply cabinet and steel billet  heating furnace to check whether pressure gauge is normal or not,whether there is leakage phenomenon or not.If the operator finds individual outlet water flow is not smooth, you should get it through with compressed air in time or put dilute hydrochloric acid into the tube and then use compressed air to blow out until the water is smooth. For the water leakage phenomenon, you must deal with it immediately.

3.Check whether the power supply cabinet control switch is reset and reset the control switch, especially power adjustment knob must be at zero before starting. Then turn on the main power switches and power supply control on the power cabinet,IF starting switch in proper order and rotate power adjustment knob to the rated position clockwise slowly.If only direct current sheet rises in the process of rotary power adjusting knob slowly , IF voltage and IF frequency watch hand do not move, the operator should cycle power adjusting knob immediately and should not start forcibly. If there is a frequency chirp abnormal or indication value that IF indication value of the voltage meter is divided by the indication value of DC voltmeter is more than 1.5, the operator should stop rotating power adjusting knob immediately and find out the reasons.Then the operator can start steel billet heating furnace.
