1.The quality guarantee of IF power supply is one year(After normal use damage,we will provide spare parts free of charge,but the user need to pay for the freight).SCR and furnace is not in the range of quality guarantee.The quality guarantee is valid one week after the equipment leaves our factory.
2.The seller should guarantee that the equipment should be durable after correct installment,reasonable operation and maintenance.The seller should be responsible for the fault due to seller’s design,process and material within the quality guarantee.For such above cases,the seller should give response within 8 hours.
3.For the service exceed the quality guarantee period,Forever company should give response within 24 hours after receiving buyer’s notice and go to user’s job site to solve as soon as possible.All the charges should be born by user.But the charge should be reasonable.
