1.You need to choose the material with 6mm above diameter copper tube. If the copper tube diameter >10mm,you’d better choose square copper tube.
2.The gap between small work piece and inductor should be controlled at 1-3mm.
3.The electrical parts contact with the machine should be polished.
4.To make full use of the proximity effect and notch effect, it is necessary to add the magnet.
5. The finished inductor should be matched with the whole machine. The frequency should be in the specified range. Output waveform is correct.
