This steel bar hardening and tempering furnace is specifically designed to process steel bars with diameters ranging from 75mm to 125mm, achieving fully automatic heating, quenching and tempering treatment of punched materials. In the production process, the automatic feeding system sends the material into the induction heat treatment furnace, and then enters the quenching heating furnace through the conveying system. At this stage, induction heating technology is used to quickly raise the temperature and evenly maintain the insulation to achieve the ideal quenching effect. After quenching, the rod is poured through the spray system for cooling, and then enters the tempering furnace for temperature rebalancing to ensure that the rod reaches the standard strength and toughness. The tensile strength and yield strength of round steel processed by quenching and tempering equipment can meet customer requirements.
