This steel bar hardening and tempering induction furnace is specifically designed for processing 42CrMOA material steel bars with a diameter of 60-75mm and a length not exceeding 6500mm. It is suitable for steel bar induction heat treatment equipment designed for precision components such as hand screws, T-nuts, etc.

The tempering hardness, low-temperature impact, and tensile strength of 272 HV-353 HV can meet industry standards or above. The manufacturing process ensures that the yield strength is at least 850MPa, the tensile strength is not less than 920MPa, and the elongation after fracture exceeds 12%.

Faced with the issues of heat dissipation and operational efficiency in traditional production lines, we have made multiple design improvements to the screw sleeve heat treatment production line, including the water and electricity separation structure of the power cabinet, a graded feeding system, and an increase in the inner diameter of the sensor to reduce the number of material alarms.

In addition, the bar induction heat treatment machine is equipped with a PLC control system that supports remote control and data recording. The intelligent power cabinet design optimizes the heat treatment process, making it more precise and energy-saving. The production line has a production capacity of 2 tons per hour, ensuring production efficiency.
