1.The steel billet reheating furnace should avoid the sun, rain, moisture, dust etc..
2.Please ensure that the housing is grounded to to the electrical specifications to prevent workers from electric shock.
3.Induction coil should be kept clean to avoid short circuit.
4.The dismantling of the installation of the sensor must be carried out after stop heating.
5.Water supply first and then power supply. The working equipment and inductor must be cooled by water.And the water must be clean.
6.To ensure that the cooling water should be clean and free of impurities, and a filter should be equipped in the pump suction mouth. Water supply must be normal when furnace is working.
7.You can maintain or repair the steel billet furnace only one hour after power cut.
8.When you need to replace the inductor, you have to clean the inductor connection board with sandpaper to maintain good conductivity..
