Conveying roller table: The axis of the roller table forms an angle of 18-21 degrees with the axis of the workpiece. The workpiece rotates while feeding at a constant speed, making the heating more uniform. The roller tables between the furnace bodies are made of 304 non-magnetic stainless steel and water-cooled, and other parts of the roller table made of 45 steel and surface quenched.
Roller table grouping: The feeding group, inductor group, and discharge group are independently controlled, which is conducive to continuous heating without creating gaps between workpieces.
● Temperature closed-loop control: Adopting the American Raytheon infrared thermometer and forming a closed-loop control system with the German Siemens S7, precise temperature control is achieved.
Industrial control computer system: Real time display of the status of working parameters at that time, with functions such as workpiece parameter memory, storage, printing, fault display, alarm, etc.
The steel slab hardening and tempering furnace is produced and manufactured by Forever Electromechanical Factory. This production line mainly consists of a medium frequency power supply, heating sensors, automatic feeding devices, fast discharge devices for pressure rollers, infrared temperature measurement devices, and a central control console. The current frequencies of commonly used steel plate induction hardening furnace hot rolling production lines are:
1. High frequency heating: 100-500KHZ, commonly used in the range of 200-300KHZ, is an electronic tube type high frequency heating, with a quenching depth of 0.5-2.5mm, suitable for small and medium-sized parts.
2. Intermediate frequency heating: The current frequency is 500-10000HZ, commonly used between 2500-8000HZ, and the power equipment is a mechanical intermediate frequency heating device or a thyristor intermediate frequency generator.
3. Power frequency heating: The current frequency is 50HZ.
