The automated steel ball production line production works

Steel ball rolling equipment is a production line used for continuous heating of steel balls for bar materials. It can produce power from 160KW to 2500KW, frequency from 500Hz to 800Hz, heating diameter from 819 to 8150, and steel rod length is not limited. Steel ball rolling equipment is customized according to different workpiece sizes and processes according to user needs.

The automated production line for steel ball hot rolling production line works in this way:

1. After the raw materials enter the factory, they undergo material and diameter testing and analysis.

2. The defective steel ball material is heated to a suitable temperature in an induction heating furnace before rolling.

3. After being fed into the steel ball mill, the red hot steel billet rotates and moves forward between two rollers with special spiral passes, and is continuously rolled into steel balls. Each steel ball hot rolling equipment can produce 40-120 steel balls per minute.

4. After being rolled, the red hot steel ball is immediately cooled to the quenching temperature and enters the online heat treatment equipment for quenching. After quenching, it is cooled to a suitable temperature (below 50 ℃) and enters the online continuous tempering furnace for stress relief tempering treatment, allowing the steel ball to achieve high and uniform hardness. 5. After passing the inspection, the products are packaged and sent to the finished product warehouse for delivery to the customer.
