These components together form a closed-loop control system to achieve precise heating of steel billets. The induction heating furnace body is the key to the system, which achieves heating by generating a magnetic field and forming eddy currents inside the steel billet. The PLC control system works in conjunction with the infrared temperature measurement system to monitor and adjust the heating temperature in real time, ensuring temperature stability. During the heating process of the steel billet, it enters the induction heating furnace through the conveying system. After being powered by a variable frequency power supply, the coil generates an alternating magnetic field, and eddy currents are generated inside the steel billet and heated. The steel billet continues to be transported to the rolling mill through the conveying system for the next rolling process. The entire process is highly automated and easy to operate.
