The user will use melting furnace to melt the scrap steel or steel stone, then the iron melt will go to continuous casting machine. After charging from continuous casting machine, the billet surface temperature will reduce some, so it need to be reheated for rolling. For example, we need to reheat the billet surface temperature from 800-900 degree C. to 1050-1100 degree C. Then the billet will go into our induction billet heater to increase the temperature to 1100 degree C. After discharging from our induction billet heater, the billet will go into the rolling mill. This process is called continuous casting and rolling.
