What is mining grinding ball system?
Mining grinding ball system includes an induction heating power supply, furnace cabinet, capacitor , diathermy furnace, pinch roller, the power line connection, control console, infrared thermometer, PLC control system . Minding grinding ball system is used for round billets rolling into the skew rolling machine.
Our hot rolled grinding ball have the great quality performance of precise dimensions,round geometric shape,high hardness,good mechanical properties and good wear resistance,no deformation,no cracking.The performance characteristics are:
A.The overall high hardness: surface hardness of 57-67 HRC,volume hardness of 56-64 HRC,and the hardness gradient distribute evenly;
B.High impact toughness:impact toughness more than 12J/CM2;
C.Low Broken rate:the anti-broken and anti-broken off performance is 10 times of general casting steel ball,balls impact times over 20000 times,the actual broken rate does not exceed 1%,close to no broken.
